  • She eats a 90-calorie breakfast of chocolate Body Lab Shake by adding water or quinoa milk to it. She also drinks decaffeinated coffee.
  • At lunchtime, she is very hungry and usually eats a veggie-packed salad and salmon. Her favorite veggie mix is peppers, broccoli, zucchini drizzled with vinaigrette on the top.
  • At dinner time Lopez eats protein with quinoa. She says it gives her the feeling of eating beans and rice that she grew up eating as a child. Her dinner also includes chicken and pork especially made with Puerto Rican style.
  • Her dinner time is usually around 6.30 pm and she tries to have a family dinner with her kids.

Both these trainers have varying approaches and the switching gives perfect balance to her exercise routine. David makes Lopez perform pushups, planks, and boxing, a bit of almost everything. On the other hand, Tracy believes in freestyle routine and says that she makes JLo do the 3-pound arm weights with thigh and butt moves incorporating the core.

But all these moves are directed towards retaining the famous curves of Jennifer Lopez.    

  • Cardio For Heart

Health experts always believe that to get rid of unnecessary calories you must perform cardio exercises. Jen’s cardio routine includes exercises such as boxing, running, and biking or stair master.
